Self Love Practice 1

I am going to teach You another beautiful little self love method, and this one will require that You play with it daily for up to 7 days. 

It is indeed a simple but powerful process that awakens your self love more each day. 

Qualifications exercise. 

What You’re going to do, is…

  1. Make a list of Your qualifications that make You an amazing Partner or Person.

You want to make a list of around 10 to 20 things that makes You the HIGH quality partner or person that You are. You can list anything from Your personality, spirituality, your physical looks and so on. Anything is up for grabs here for You. As long as You make this list thoroughly.

Once You’ve made the list, You’re going to put this list somewhere You can always see it. You’re welcome to copy it and carry it around with You, as well as have a copy on your bathroom mirror or at Your Computer.

You are being reminded to what YOU bring to the table of Your relationship or to Your prospective dating partners if You’re dating. You’re being reminded of what YOU have to offer. This exercise serves to teach You and to boost Your confidence and self love.

It is important to read it each and every day. It is important that You start to recognize that YOU are a worthwhile person as well.

It’s very easy to think about what another person can offer You, regardless if You’re dating or if it’s friendship or sourcing a new client or in  your already established partnership.
